Pasture-Raised Goat (Chevon)
A lean source of low fat protein, goat (chevon) is the most frequently eaten meat in the world. Stewed, curried, or roasted, goat maintains its unique mild flavor, and is sought by backyard and gourmet chefs alike.

Selling directly to local buyers allows us to provide a healthy, tasty alternative to the large-scale meat production business that floods the supermarkets. We are excited to provide goat cuts to local restaurants and caterers, and carry goat cuts and goat sausages at our on-farm Store or our website year round, and at the Ashland Growers' and Crafters’ Markets spring through fall.
In addition to raising our own goats for meat we purchase goats from two local farms that meet our stringent standards. All animals are processed at a USDA inspected facility.
