Selling to local buyers and the Oregon Meat Goat Producers Association allows us to gather great recipes and provide a healthy, tasty alternative to the large-scale meat production businesses that flood the supermarkets.  Currently, we are excited to provide chevon to local restaurants and caterers, and to offer delectable cuts and sausages through our Farm Store, the Summer/Fall Meat CSA, and area Farmers' Markets.  Three great varieties of chevon sausages are available at $8.95/8 oz. package.
