Hands-on Animal Care

Our animals live in paradise, grazing on lush green pastures, drinking fresh spring water, and eating organic feed.  Our hands-on approach to animal husbandry assures calm and friendly livestock.   

We are proud to offer an array of products at the ranch, including pack-trained goats for adventurers, goat kids for home or farm, milking goats, young chevon, sustainably-raised pastured pork, eggs, meat chickens (by order), gourmet chevon and pork sausages, seasonal vegetables,  and ready-to-use compost by the cubic yard.  Join our Summer/Fall Meat CSA to get local, sustainable meats delivered to a drop point in town.  For other fresh and specialty products, the Willow-Witt Ranch Farm Store is your one-stop destination.  Open hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 to 5.  Details about all of our offerings are available by clicking on the links at left.

Plus, visit our booth at the 2010 Rogue Valley Growers' and Crafters' Market on Tuesdays in Ashland, Thursdays in Medford, and at the Saturday Market in Ashland on Lithia Way.

You can't beat our Bockwurst, cooked Bratwurst,  and British-Style Bangers.  $10.50/12 ounces, with four sausages/package.

Have you tasted our fabulous chevon (goat) sausages?  

They are available now from our Meat CSA, the ranch Farm Store, and, in season, at area farmers' markets.   We offer three great varieties at $8.95/8 ounce package:  Chevon Blanc, Saucisson Marocain, and Saucise Pistache.
